The difference between Commercial and Residential contracts is simple; the former refers to business premises whilst the latter refers to homes.
We are contracted to undertake Commercial work by people such as business premises owners, construction companies, civil engineers, property developers, councils etc. They are typically public spaces, retail or business parks, hotels, golf courses, and so on.
Residential - or domestic - contracts concern the transformation of people's gardens - on a myriad of levels.
